Raleigh — Only one point separated Planter's Walk from the Manchester Marlins midway through the June 24 meet, but the Piranhas pulled out a big 269.5-243.5 win with a freestyle-relay finish.

Triple winners for the Piranhas were Rachel Shaw for the 11-12 girls, Christian Mason for the 13-14 boys and Lee Addison for the 15-18 boys. Lainey Anderson scored a double win for the 6U girls. Also scoring points for the Piranhas were:

Medley Relay

First place — 9-10 boys Ryan Mays, Jeff Oddon, Logan Anderson and Phillip Moghaddam; 11-12 girls Jordyn Izzo, Amber Ayscue, Rachel Shaw and Brooke Langevin; 13-14 boys Martin Matuszewski, Seth Wheeler, Brandon Bobbitt and Canyon Boudreau; 13-14 girls Kelsey Moore, Bayley Harmon, Megan Woodlief and Alyssa Birchard; 15-18 boys Lucas Matuszewski, Blake Addison, Lee Addison and Jack Friesen; and 15-18 girls Emily Korostynski, Ellen Shaw, Sierra Wheeler and Chelsey Macpherson.

Freestyle

Backstroke

First — Lainey Anderson, Anna Luckenbach, Stefon Ricks, Rachel Shaw, Matt Lang, Kelsey Moore and Lee Addison. Second — Dax Hardy, Jeff Oddon, Andrew Sebastiani and Emily Korostynski. Third — Emma Rutherford, Ryan Mays, Martin Matuszewski, Jordyn Izzo, Devan Jackson and Kim Do.

Breaststroke
